Privacy Policy

1. What we collect
When you sign in with Google, we store your email address, Google account ID, and profile picture. We also store your in-app username, country, game scores, and achievements. We do not collect payment details directly — payments are processed by Stripe.
2. Why we collect it
- To let you sign in and save your progress across devices
- To send you optional weekly performance emails (you can unsubscribe anytime)
- To display your username and stats on the leaderboard
- To process payments if you purchase credits or a Pro subscription
3. How long we keep it
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal information (email, name, avatar) is permanently erased within 24 hours. Anonymised gameplay statistics may be retained for leaderboard integrity.
4. Third-party services
- Google OAuth — authentication only, we never post on your behalf
- Stripe — payment processing, governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy
- Resend — email delivery for weekly reports and notifications
- Google Gemini / AI providers — chat messages are sent to generate AI responses; they are not used to train models under our current agreement
5. Your rights (GDPR)
Under GDPR, if you are in the EU/EEA, you have the right to:
- Access — download all data we hold about you
- Erasure — permanently delete your account and personal data
- Rectification — correct inaccurate data (contact us)
- Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format (JSON)
- Opt-out — unsubscribe from emails at any time

6. Cookies
We use a single session cookie to keep you signed in (NextAuth.js). We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels.
